How long will it take to get my order?
It normally takes between 2-3 working days for orders placed within Lagos to get to the customer (you), but 3-5 working days for orders going to Abuja and Port Harcourt as well as other parts of the country. However, it may take longer for orders going to other cities/parts of the country
How can I track my order?
We will keep you informed about your order status at every milestone; when ready to ship, shipped, as well as when the order is on the way to you. You may also contact us for your order status through our email firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I return my order?
We only accept return for sold items that are faulty / that don’t meet the quality. You can write us via email to make a return request at email@example.com
How safe is my information with you guys?
Can someone collect my prepaid package on my behalf?
Yes, of course. But, kindly ensure your representative has the tracking number and a signed copy of your ID or other valid ID means.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by writing to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone call.
If I placed multiple orders, will I receive all the items in my order at once?
Yes, you will receive multiple orders placed from a single checkout, at once. But in case you placed your order at a different time interval/different checkout, you may receive items in your order separately because they are processed differently and may also be shipped at a different time interval. However, in few cases, all your items may reach you at once.
Do I need an account to shop on Bluebreeze Store?
Yes, you have to have registered, as you would need an existing account to shop with us. The process is not a long one, as a matter of fact, you can only register at the point of your very first order checkout.
How do I place an order?
Very easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below: Click on ‘Add to cart’ to add this product to your cart. Click on ‘Cart’ in the top right corner. At checkout, enter your shipping/billing information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate. Choose your preferred payment option. Click on ‘Confirm order’ to complete your order. Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via email, and/or we call you for confirmation in case we need more details. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order. If you are unsure of whether your order has been confirmed or not, please contact us
What Payment Options do I have?
At checkout, you can pay with your debit card (Verve, Master or Visa card) using the Paystack Payment option. You may as well select our Buy Now Pay Later option (powered by Payfi). However, you would need to sign up with Payfi to be eligible for the instalment payment option. It's easy, Payfi account registration links are available on the checkout page of our website.
